The Dublin alternative folk six-piece band Madra Salach will make their Derry debut at Féile 2026 on Friday August 14th.

It is rare these days for a band to be the name on everyone’s lips, to gather a following, without officially releasing any music, but that’s exactly what Madra Salach did in 2025. Instead, the band captured people’s attention through their live performances. Madra Salach's live show is an emotional and timeless experience – one not to be missed. Their debut EP 'It’s a Hell of an Age' was released earlier this year, featuring recent singles “I Was Just A Boy” and "Blue & Gold" which have received high praise from the likes of The Line of Best Fit, The Independent and BBC Radio 6.

Madra Salach are Paul Banks (vocals), Adam Cullen (guitar), Jack Martin (mandolin/tin whistle/synth), Maxime Arnold (harmonium), Dara Duffy (drums) and Jack Lawlor (bass)
