Intro to Seed Saving

This session covers an introduction to seed saving, including the historic and political background of seed saving, selecting seed, planning your garden to integrate crops for seed production, plant selection, harvesting, processing and storing seed.

Tea and coffee provided. Please bring a packed lunch. Suitable clothing and footwear is required as we are a working farm. No dogs, please.

This course is offered free of charge so that knowledge of these skills can be accessible to all. There is a printed course pack that is provided, and donations on a pay as you feel basis are appreciated.
