This term the Men's Session will be on 18 June at 7.30 pm
Studies have shown that men are less likely to receive support when going through the breakup of a relationship. Culturally men are often expected to “man up” and deal with things alone. This session is an optional add on to the Restored Lives Course. It is an opportunity to specifically address the issues men face in a safe space where you can speak to other men in similar situations. In particular, we look at the topic of mental health and introduce men's charities that can provide further information and support.
We run these sessions three times a year and they are available whether or not you are attending or have attended the Restored Lives Course.
