Join us for a Sauna Ritual at Kinghorn Loch✨
🌿 In this ritual of release, we will gather in nature to call forth the next chapters of our lives.
🌀 We will begin with a circle in the woods, a guided meditation, and sharing around what we are ready to step into, and what we need to release for that to happen.
🔥 We will then move into the sauna for a fire ritual of release, with drums and sound.
This is a 2-hour immersive experience for those at a point of transition in life, ready to step into the new.
What to bring:
– Swimwear (required)
– 2 Towel's (one for drying and one to sit on in sauna)
– Water bottle & water
