Sandford St Martin's - FREE Big School Campout

Imagine this…

Children running free with their friends as the sun goes down 🌅
Campfires crackling 🔥 Marshmallows toasting 🍡
Families gathered under the stars ✨ - laughing, slowing down, sharing stories

There’ll be games going on too - football ⚽, rounders, face painting 🎨 and nature-based activities 🌿 - but no pressure to join in any of it.
This is really about slowing down, relaxing, and letting the kids just run free and have the freedom they crave.

This will be a safe, welcoming space where everyone is invited 🤝
You don’t need to be an experienced camper or outdoorsy person — just come as you are.


The Programme:

Friday
3:30pm Onwards Set Up Camp (no vehicle movements after 6pm)
5:00-6:00pm 'Bring & Share' BBQ
8:00-10:00pm Campfire
9:00-10:00pm Bedtime Stories & Stargazing & Stargazing/Night-time Nature


Saturday
8:00am Breakfast (welcome to use the Big BBQ!)
10:00-11:30am Activities
12:00-3:00pm School Fair
4:00-5:00pm Activities
5:00-6:00pm 'Bring & Share' BBQ
6:00-7:00pm Outdoor Disco & Fancy Dress
8:00-10:00pm Campfire
9:00-10:00pm Bedtime Stories & Stargazing/Night-time Nature

Sunday
8:00-9:00am FREE breakfast
11:00am Everyone offsite

Important Info:

1. Bring your own food
   2. Don't have all the camping kit? - Lets us know what you need and we may have kit you can borrow
   3. No Dogs
