Join Daphne from Little Woodbatch Farm to explore a variety of food preservation techniques to make the most of your produce and reduce food waste, including: drying/dehydrating, pickling, fermenting, jams/jellies, pasteurisation, bottling and pressure canning. We'll cover how to build up and manage your home larder with stored foods.
