Every Tuesday evening throughout June - join Laura, the Witch of the Woods for a magical Forest Birdsong Meditation from 7.00pm–8:30pm.Our busy lives can have a significant impact on our mental and physical well being. Spending time in nature has been scientifcially proven to make us feel better. If you're looking to slow down and escape to the forest for a while then this is perfect for you.Every Tuesday expect an enchanting evening of:<ul><li>A walk through the woods</li><li>A meditation under the trees with accompanying birdsong</li><li>Gentle spell casting</li><li>Warm drinks &amp; nibbles around the fire</li></ul>These sessions take place in private woodlands at Forest Bowmen Archery Club, Long Lane (called New Road on some maps), Codnor, Derbyshire DE5 9QX. You will be emailed full directions a day or two before each event.Please bring:<ul><li>Warm clothes (cover arms and legs) &amp; sturdy shoes</li><li>A notepad &amp; pen</li><li>A camping chair or yoga mat</li><li>A Torch</li></ul>Facilities: Onsite parking &amp; portaloos.
