Get creative and unwind with some fun, hands-on art sessions designed to boost your mood and relax your mind.
Join our welcoming Monday Therapeutic Art Workshops — a supportive creative space designed to help reduce stress, improve wellbeing, and encourage connection through art.
These relaxed sessions include activities such as art journaling, mindfulness, painting, colouring, mixed media, embroidery, and sensory art. No experience is needed, and everyone is welcome to work at their own pace in a calm, friendly environment.
Participants receive their own art journal and folder to keep creative work safe and continue projects over time. If the planned activity is not for you, there is always the opportunity to colour, continue previous artwork, or bring along your own craft project.
Our workshops are designed to support confidence, creativity, mindfulness, and social connection while offering a safe and encouraging place to simply enjoy being creative.
Most workshops are supported through grants, donations, and community funding, helping us keep sessions accessible for the community. Occasionally, a small contribution may be requested towards materials and running costs, which will always be communicated in advance.
Come along, relax, create, and connect with others through therapeutic art.
