Overview

Why are we in a cycle of repeating the same errors in crisis, disaster and emergency response and what can we do to break the cycle?

In the latest webinar, Professor Lucy Easthope, a disaster recovery expert and Amanda Coleman a crisis communication consultant will discuss why there appears to be a cycle of people getting things wrong over and over again. It will look the impact of changes in senior leadership within agencies and what good training looks like.

Lucy and Amanda will consider how there is amnesia in the aftermath of incidents with the same issues emerging on repeat.

The session is free to join and Lucy and Amanda will be asking people what things should be among the ‘never forget’ elements of training for new emergency planners and crisis communicators.
