Our next monthly support meeting at RISC is on Monday 11th May 2026 at 7.30pm. As Depression Xpression continues to grow we need to do things a bit differently . . . And we need your help! We want to create a group agreement to give people a better idea of what they can expect from us &amp; how to engage within the group. A group agreement is a set of guidelines agreed by the group that defines how members of the group are expected to interact with each other. The aim is to create a set of shared commitments that will help us keep Depression Xpression a safe &amp; inclusive space where engagement is a positive experience.During this session we'll be discussing the values &amp; principles at the heart of Depression Xpression &amp; sharing ideas for what our group agreement could look like. To help with this we'll be reviewing some value statements &amp; agreements published by other organisations for inspiration. Please book a free ticket to attend. As always, our meetings are completely free of charge and everyone is welcome.
