Hi, I’mAileen Whiteand I’ve been serving families for the past12 years since overcoming Tokophobia (fear of childbirth) and becoming a parent myself.I love to see people transform and grow from fear, into love for themselves and their family and others.  This process of change can take time, it can be a life's work, so be patient with yourself.In the sessions I offer, you will find a safe space to be heard and not fixed.  I invite you to listen, learn and discover in a way that suits you.  This might include silence or talking, art or creative writing, walking or being still.I recognise you can experience change and growth through all your senses so I purposely will offer creative ways for you to work things out for yourself using all those senses.If you are joining us online, do get a snack, drink, choose a comfortable relaxing place in your house and perhaps add a little quiet music to set the scene at home.My Birth Support CICis a registered Community Interest Company and we offer you bespoke support over the Internet or face to face in and around Canterbury, UK in groups or individually.You can find out morehere.  Wherever possible, we seek to make this support affordable, offering everything on a pay-what-you-can-basis and making further concessions available for low income families. My Birth

Join our creative circle of mums from across the UK. Space for rest, reflection and find yourself again.

Our #maternaljournal Evening Circle is for mums (including those who identify as a mum). Our monthly online creative evenings are for anyone who identifies as a mum, whether you are:+ expecting,+ a new mum,+ a mum of older children+ adopting/fostering,+a grandma or great grandmaThese evening sessions are designed to give you a break from childcare, although we warmly welcome babes in arms. We hope you can get a night to yourself.

This month's session includes:* Space to relax and just breathe.* Time to meet and make friends in our interactive gathering over Zoom* A guided relaxation and visualisation which will lead you into a relaxing journalling activity.* Time to share and be heard* A poem or reflection to finish* Chill out time at the end to stay online and socialisePS. it is not necessary to be arty or creative to get the most from Maternal Journal. A desire to listen to yourself and be curious is of much more benefit! These are ideal as a taster of what we offer. This series of audio guides will relax you into a guided journaling activity for you or you with your child. What to bring:Please bring your journal and some colours and writing pens. You can bring a snack and drink you love.
