Lewisham Council in partnership with South-East London Integrated Care Board are offering a grant of £4,000 to support a creative project that helps explain neighbourhood health in Lewisham. It is open to individuals or organisations who can create engaging, accessible content that connects communities to local health services, prevention activities and ways to get involved.
