Our standard courses are based upon a fictitious holiday database to demonstrate the scope of the software and the functionality available. This course is delivered over two sessions of approx.3-3.5 hours each.<ul><li>Session 1 - 21st December 13:00</li><li>Session 2 - 22nd December at 09.30</li></ul>A trainer-led course comprising of three key sections:<ol><li>Orbit Dashboard User</li><li>Orbit Dashboard Creator</li><li>Orbit Audiences</li></ol>By selecting the Orbit Dashboards and Audiences + booking option, you will also have 30 days unlimited access to Apteco's on demand video training resources to revisit and review your trainer-led learning.

This course offers a comprehensive introduction to Apteco Orbit™ Dashboards and Audiences.Learn how to work with multiple visualisation types in dashboards created by others, as well as designing your own dashboards to present key insights, with the ability to filter and drill down interactively using the latest refresh of your data. Share your data explorations with colleagues and convert your findings into segments of interest to your business.The training also covers the creation of audience lists. From simple to sophisticated, you will learn the fundamentals of interrogating your data, and how you can use workbook tools to further examine and understand your customers and their transactional behaviour.Full course documentation is available and the course is entirely hands-on, with practical exercises to reinforce learning.
