Afrobeats brings the rhythm. Dancehall brings the heat. And in this 90-minute sensual heels workshop, you don't have to choose — you get both.

This is a beginner-friendly heels dance class that explores the sensual side of two of the most powerful dance music genres on the planet. Expect hip movement, body confidence, feminine flow and choreography that hits different depending on which genre takes over the room.

Led by the incredible Sophia (@esperancexo on Instagram), this session is designed for women who want to move with intention, explore their sensuality through dance, and leave feeling more connected to their body than when they walked in.

What to expect:
