A candlelit sound bath to clear stagnant energy, restore balance and reconnect with a calmer, more grounded state.

As the energy of the season builds, this session offers a space to pause, soften and gently release what you’ve been holding physically, mentally and energetically. Working with the principles of YIN, we slow everything down to allow the body and energy to settle naturally.

Through the vibrations of singing bowls, gongs, chimes and grounding instruments, the body is guided into deep rest while the subtle energy of the space supports a quiet rebalancing, creating room for clarity, lightness and renewal.
