Awaken your intuition through the practice of Drawing Meditation, a guided creative journey of processes to open the mind and unwind.This workshop invites you to explore drawing Meditation, a freeing practice of forming fluid shapes through continuous line drawing to enter a meditative flow state, and interpreting abstract forms by tapping into the subconscious.Led by interdisciplinary artist Rose-Marie Luk, this two hour workshop will include:<ul><li>Guided meditation, breathwork, visualisation, and body awareness</li><li>Automatic drawing and continuous line exercises using graphite, charcoal, or ink</li><li>Experimental mark-making inspired by surrealist practices</li><li>Candle wax divination (carromancy) and interpretation of abstract forms</li><li>Reflective writing and stream of consciousness exercises</li></ul> About Rose-Marie LukRose-Marie Luk explores her cross-cultural identity through transformative art practices that channel ancestral wisdom, evoke forgotten memories, and uncover hybrid creations. Using automatic techniques and sigil calligraphy, she bridges the sacred and the spiritual, transmuting confoundment into clarity. Rose-Marie’s practice speaks to lost languages and evolving identities, encouraging connection, growth, and self discovery. In this workshop, Rose-Marie channels automatic techniques to help you reconnect with your authentic inner voice and discover the alchemy of transformation.Held within IMT Gallery’s current exhibition, <a href="https://imagemusictext.com/exhibition-imtwentyone-online-auction/" title="https://imagemusictext.com/exhibition-imtwentyone-online-auction/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">IMTwentyOne</a>, marking its 21st anniversary, and bringing together over 100 works by an international community of artists.No prior experience is necessary. This workshop is open to all artists, writers, dreamers, cloud-gazers, poetic thinkers, deep feelers, curious explorers, and open minded visionaries alike.Below we offer you a glimpse of what to expect from Rose-Marie’s workshop, as told by previous participants:“Rose created such a calm, meditative atmosphere.
