Walk Wheel Ride Huddersfield- your local Active Travel Hub - is pleased to offer a free workshop for bike checks open to all!

A mechanic will check everything on your bike from wheels, brakes, gears and tyre pressure to lights, racks, pedals, saddles and more. They can make any minor adjustments to the bike there and then. If there’s anything they can't fix on site, they will let you know exactly what needs doing and a rough guide to what it should cost at a bike shop.

A check typically takes around twenty to thirty minutes.

Please book to guarantee your Dr Bike check (1 bike per thirty-minute slot) and arrive five minutes before your booked slot. Drop-ins may still be available on the day, but bookings will be prioritised.
