A monthly space to slow down, reconnect and intentionally pause before stepping into a new month.In the middle of busy routines and constant movement, this gathering offers an opportunity to check in with yourself, mentally, emotionally and physically.Each Monthly Pause is built around 4 core elements:✨ Movement — mindful yoga to help you slow down and reconnect with your body 🌬 Breath — guided expansive breathwork to move stuck energy, quiet mental noise and create space for clarity and emotional release 📝 Reflection — journaling and self-inquiry to process, reset and gain clarity 🤍 Connection — meaningful moments of sharing, community and human connectionEach session is designed to help you release tension, quiet the mind, reconnect to the present moment and create space for greater clarity and grounding.Expect a warm and welcoming atmosphere focused on self-awareness, nervous system support, meaningful connection and intentional rest.📍 Who Is This For? • Open to all levels—beginners welcome! • A nurturing space for anyone craving to pause for a moment. • This is also a warm space to meet like-minded people and become part of a loving community of people interested in self-development. She has guided students through healing and self-development experiences across Mexico, Colombia, the UK and Spain.Her sessions blend together yoga, breathwork, reflection, mindfulness and somatic practices to support nervous system regulation, self-awareness and deeper connection to self.
