Is car parking free?

Accepted Answer

- yes, limited car parking is available within the Lea park area. Otherwise, try Lea Green (near bus shelter)where there is unrestricted free car parking. If you can arrive at The Butler Pantry for 11.45 am, it will keep the tour to schedule.

How far is the tour?

- maybe half a mile, expect to walk for around 20 min. There’s  plenty of rests along the way!

Is dressing up as a Victorian mandatory?

Is the event wheelchair friendly - do I have to be super fit?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, this event is not wheelchair friendly, neither is it suitable for people of less than low-average fitness levels (modest walking required) however, there will be resting places throughout. Therefore expect a leisurely stroll rather than a workout!
