Portrait Painting explains how to portray people in oils and acrylics by looking beyond likeness to light, shadow, colour and form. Instead of copying, you’ll learn to see abstract shapes, experiment with colour and create portraits that feel alive, expressive and meaningful.
A full day painting workshop studying from life/figure at 155A Gallery.
Structured into morning session (10:30 - 13:00) and afternoon session (14:00 - 16:30), working with suggested limited colour palette through to full colour palette.
