Sleep workshop offering practical, gentle strategies to improve children’s sleep, wellbeing, and emotional regulation for families

We understand how exhausting family life can feel, especially when sleep is a struggle. Derbyshire Parent Carer Voice warmly invites you to join our upcoming online workshop:

Supporting Your Child’s Sleep and Wellbeing

This supportive and practical session will explore how sleep impacts emotional wellbeing, behaviour, concentration and overall mental health. Together, we’ll look at realistic and achievable strategies to help children feel calmer, more settled and better rested.

The workshop will be delivered by Nikki from Bridge the Gap and Laura from Sleep Nurse UK, who together bring over 20 years of experience supporting children and families.

Date: Tuesday 30th June
Time: 12pm – 2pm
Location: Online via Teams

During the session, we will explore:

  • The connection between sleep, anxiety and emotional regulation
  • Common sleep difficulties and what might be behind them
  • Practical tools and gentle strategies to support positive sleep routines

We hope you will leave feeling reassured, more confident, and equipped with ideas that work for your family.

If you have any questions or need any support to attend, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
