Yes please, booking helps me manage numbers and make sure the space feels calm, supportive and not overcrowded. Just book one ticket per attending adult.

This group is designed as time just for you to pause, reflect and relax – so it's an adults-only space. I completely understand how tricky it can be to carve that time out, but I encourage you to see this as your well-deserved moment to rest and receive.

Do I have to share or speak?

Not at all. You're welcome to just listen, relax and take in whatever feels supportive. There's no pressure to talk – just come as you are.

What if I've never meditated before?

You don’t need any experience! I’ll gently guide you through the meditation and sound healing, so all you need to do is get comfy and breathe.

Is the venue accessible?

No, I am situated up a single flight of stairs, so I am not suitable for wheelchair users or those with mobility issues.

What if I can't make every session?

Accepted Answer

No problem – each session is a standalone experience. Come to as many or as few as you like. Just remember to book your ticket each time to secure your spot.

It’s for parents and carers of children with additional or special educational needs – diagnosed or not. Whether you’re navigating school systems, assessments, or just daily life, this space is here to support you. Please note this is not a healing session or a counselling session.

What should I bring?

Just yourself. You’re welcome to bring a notebook if you like to jot down reflections, and a cosy blanket if you want to get extra comfy for the meditation. A mat, faux sheep skin mat, pilow and blanket will be provided for you along with complimentary fluffy socks.
