Welcome Churches' vision is for every refugee to be welcomed by the local church.We believe that, no matter where your church is based, there is something you can do to welcome refugees.Through our Welcome Learning, Welcome Training and Welcome Network, local churches are practically equipped to play their part in helping refugees find a place to call home. Join churches across the UK for a one-hour online Refugee Week event.Hear directly from refugees sharing lived experience of displacement, arrival, and life in the UK. This session focuses on listening, learning, and practical reflection for churches.Speakers will share what helped them feel welcome, what was difficult, and how churches can build stronger relationships that lead to real belonging.This session is for church leaders, coordinators, welcomers and befrienders, and anyone involved in community engagement with refugees.
