<h3>🧘‍♀️ Slow Flow: Candlelit Yoga, Breathwork &amp; Meditation (Hammersmith) ❤🧘‍♀️</h3> A calm, candlelit space to move, breathe and slow things down.Join us in Hammersmith for a relaxed, community-led practice designed to help you ease into your body, steady your breath and take a moment for yourself.We’ll move through a slow, accessible Yoga flow to release tension and create space in the body. The practice then transitions into guided breathwork to support the nervous system, before closing with a short meditation.Soft lighting and candlelight create a warm, grounded atmosphere, inviting the body and mind to settle more easily.There’s no pressure to perform or keep up.You’re invited to move at your own pace and take what you need.Whether you’re completely new or returning to your practice, you’re welcome. <h4>What the session includes</h4>🧘 Yoga FlowA gentle, accessible flow of movement to release tension, build warmth and create space in the body.The focus is on ease rather than intensity, allowing the body to move in a way that feels supportive and natural.🌬️ BreathworkSimple, guided breathing practices to help regulate the nervous system, steady the mind and deepen awareness.🧘🏽‍♀️ MeditationA short, grounding meditation to close the session, offering time to rest, reflect and settle. <h4>After the practice</h4>We will close the afternoon gently with tea, giving everyone time to land slowly, connect, and enjoy a moment of quiet community together. <blockquote>This session forms part of our monthly Fiery Reset, a Sunday afternoon designed as a soft landing at the end of the week. A space to slow down, reconnect and be held in community. </blockquote><blockquote>We begin with Slow Flow, a grounding Yoga, breathwork and meditation practice to settle the body and steady the mind. This is followed by Steady Ground, an interactive workshop exploring balance, movement and nervouse system awareness. </blockquote><blockquote>Each session can be experienced on its own, or together as a gentle, complementary journey.</blockquote> <h4>Benefits of the session</h4>Participants often experience:<ul><li>A sense of ease and lightness in the body</li><li>Reduced tension and mental clutter</li><li>Greater connection to breath and self</li><li>Feeling calmer, more grounded and present</li></ul> This session is especially supportive if you’re feeling busy, tired, or in need of a gentle pause. <h4>Suggested donation</h4>This session is part of Fiery Hearts’ community wellbeing offering, delivered in partnership with Better Gyms and made possible with support from The National Lottery Community Fund, helping to keep these spaces open, inclusive and accessible to all.Suggested donation £3, give what feels right for you.Everyone is welcome. <h4>What to bring</h4>To help you feel comfortable during the session, please bring:<ul><li>Comfortable clothing</li><li>An open heart 💛</li></ul> <h4>About your facilitator</h4>Eleena Broadfoot’s yoga journey has explored Bikram, Hatha and Vinyasa, leading to teacher training within the Ashtanga-Vinyasa lineage. A lifelong student and teacher, she is passionate about weaving the wisdom of ancient yogic teachings into modern life, sharing simple rituals and practices that help create more balance, presence and joy. With over 30 years in the corporate world and the experience of motherhood, she understands the demands of busy lives and believes yoga offers a powerful pathway back to ourselves. <h4>Scent Awareness</h4>As part of the atmosphere, we may gently introduce natural scents through incense or diffused essential oils. If scent is something you’re sensitive to, please let us know ahead of time and we’ll happily make adjustments.
