You’re Not Broken: Understanding Anxiety in Parent Carers
We know that anxiety can feel overwhelming at times, especially alongside the many responsibilities of being a parent carer. This gentle and supportive session is here to help you better understand what’s happening and to explore ways of easing that pressure.Together, we will explore:
- How anxiety is created
- The role of brain chemistry and thought patterns
- How a solution-focused approach can support you through challenging moments
We’ll finish with a calming relaxation experience, so feel free to bring along your favourite cosy blanket and create a comfortable space for yourself.The session will be led by Nicole Woodcock from Hummingbird Hypnotherapy, who brings a warm and compassionate approach to supporting parent carer wellbeing.
