Join our online application support sessions to meet our grants team and learn more about the Learning Through Making fund.
The Freelands Foundation team will share information about how to apply for the Learning Through Making fund. The session will include information on eligibility, the application process and how to apply. There will also be a Q&A with grants managers.
You can join one of two Application Support Sessions:
- Thursday 9 July, 10:30am–12pm
- Wednesday 12 August, 10:30am–12pm

Access
The sessions will be delivered in a webinar format, this will be recorded and made available to view on our website afterwards. Only the screens with presenters will be featured in the recordings, and it will include BSL interpretation.
About the Learning Through Making fund
The Learning Through Making fund provides grants of up to £25,000 for UK-based visual art education projects that creatively engage audiences with the process of making and exploration of materials. Proposed projects can be of any length but must take place between 1 January and 31 December 2027.
Applications close 12 pm, 11 September 2026.
