Words Worth Noting
A night of stories, songs and poems where one lucky artist walks away with a prize - part of the Waterloo Festival 2026.
Looking for a different kind of Friday night?
Words Worth Noting is it. Watch our line up of poets, writers and singers share their words with an intimate audience in a Grade II* listed venue. One lucky performer will even walk away with a prize. Brought to you by the Brixton Writers Circle: the creative house where writers come to grow since 2023. Our events are about making live readings something anyone can enjoy. You're always welcome in our circle, so spend an evening with us.
Who knows, you might even discover the writer in you.
If you have a piece of written work you'd like shown at the event, you can submit it via this online form.
