They will present a performance that is both artistically outstanding and deeply meaningful.Born in Odesa and now based in New York, Neselovskyi has earned an international reputation as one of the most original musicians of his generation. His work has been praised by The New York Times, The Guardian and All About Jazz, and he has collaborated with artists including Gary Burton, John Zorn and Julian Lage. He is Professor of Piano at Berklee College of Music.Created as an act of cultural solidarity with Ukraine during wartime, this unique event brings together exceptional artistic excellence and life-saving humanitarian impact. Vadim Neselovskyi is one of Ukraine's most internationally respected musicians and composers. An Associate Professor at Berklee College of Music in the United States, he has performed at leading concert halls and festivals across Europe and beyond. His work is renowned for combining exceptional virtuosity with powerful emotional and cultural storytelling.The Ysaÿe String Trio is recognised internationally for performances of exceptional imagination and technical brilliance, making this a rare opportunity to hear one of Europe’s leading chamber ensembles alongside one of today’s most distinctive composer-pianists.At the heart of the evening is Perseverantia, a profound musical work inspired by Ukraine's experience of war. Widely praised for its artistic courage and emotional depth, the composition explores themes of resilience, loss, memory and hope, offering audiences a deeply moving reflection on the human realities of conflict.
