We invite you to ‘Copenhagen Connects’ illustrators meet-up.
Copenhagen Connects has a vision to create a community that fosters ideas and encourages discourse and collaborations with illustrators and image makers in the Nordic region as well as connecting with fellow international illustrators, institutions and commissioners.
This meet-up, we are very excited to present Copenhagen based, award winning artist and author Matilde Digmann and cartoonist and graphic recorder Erik Petri.
Matilde, commonly known as Mat, is multi-faceted with a practice rooted in two main principles evolving around shadow work (C.G. Jung term) and a focus on the betterment of the artistic community. Partly based in Mexico City, their work covers illustration, ceramics, a podcast and an alternative publishing company.
Erik’s work helps companies and organisations translate their often-complicated messaging into accessible and engaging visual narratives. His practice extends illustration to ideation workshops, co-creating and collaborating with researchers, medical institutions and high-profile clients.
We will also look ahead over the rest of 2026, following up on plans and goals set in 2025.
