do I have to speak or share during the circle?

Absolutely not. Your presence is your contribution. You are entirely free to sit, receive, and witness if that feels good for you. We will invite you to do some exercises that may be partnered or to share with the group but you are welcome to honor your no always.

What if I've never done somatic work before?

Then you are in the perfect place. This circle is designed for beginners and experienced women alike. Everything is fully guided, invitation only, and paced with deep love.
