The Courage to Play

Through playful, Tantra-inspired games and somatic magic, we explore:•	How to stay open when your nervous system wants to shut down•	How to bring aliveness back to the body•	How to meet your edges with curiosity instead of fear•	How to belong to yourself (so you can belong anywhere)We use improv, touch, breath, and presence to rewire the nervous system so you can feel more, hold more, and be more you, out in the real world.

The School of Divine Play

Through embodiment practices and games, you will rediscover how PLAY can be a source of freedom and aliveness.
