The Future of Dealer Management Systems with Gemini Cloud: Sales and CRM

Following the success of our recent in-person seminars, we are hosting two online sessions for those who were unable to attend. The webinar is suitable for existing Gemini Systems customers, as well as dealerships reviewing their current DMS and looking to understand how Gemini Cloud is defining the future development of Evolution DX.

Gemini Cloud is a browser-based layer designed to work alongside the Evolution DX dealer management system through our own API. It provides a single online portal for a growing range of dealership applications and services.

This morning session will focus on sales and CRM, with demonstrations of all the key areas, including lead management, quoting, PX appraisal, finance integration, compliance, order completion, handover and much more.

What the session will cover

During the webinar, the Gemini Systems team will provide:

• A brief introduction to Gemini Cloud and how it works alongside Evolution DX.
• An overview of the new browser-based CRM.
• A demonstration of the salesperson journey, from a new lead through to a closed order.
• A review of the part-exchange appraisal application and the information available throughout the appraisal process.
• A demonstration of vehicle stocktaking for individual, multi-site and high-volume dealerships.
• An overview of how Gemini Cloud is being developed to extend and enhance existing Evolution DX applications.

For existing customers, the session provides information on the latest applications and how Gemini Cloud will enhance the existing Evolution DX offering.

For dealerships considering a change of provider, the webinar offers an overview of the sales processes, applications and workflows available through Gemini Systems.
