Join us for a special sunrise gathering as part of Wellness by the Sea community. Think meditation, yoga, sea dips, sauna rituals, music and community to celebrate life by the sea and new friendships.Expect a relaxed but energising morning with immersive headphone experiences, movement by the sea, sweat lodge sauna, coffee and great people. 7:00 AM - Sunrise MeditationStart your morning right with a 30-minute fully guided meditation through headphones as the sun rises by the sea. This peaceful opening session combines a variety of meditation techniques designed to help you slow down, reset your mind and gently awaken the body.Using our comfortable silent disco headphones, you will hear the teacher’s calming voice and carefully selected music directly in your ears, allowing you to completely immerse yourself without distractions from the outside world.After meditation, you’re invited to take part in an optional refreshing sea dip before warming up with the sauna (sweat lodge) experience or relaxing with a coffee and connecting with others. It’s a beautiful way to begin the day and step into the weekend feeling clear, calm and energised.<h3> </h3>7:30 AM - 9:00 AM - Sweat Lodge Experience with AlexOur sauna master Alex for a piping hot sweat lodge ritual, inspired by ancient traditions of cleansing and renewal practiced across cultures—from the Greeks and Celts to Scandinavian and First Nation traditions.This immersive sauna experience blends traditional elements including:<ul><li>smoke ritual</li><li>essential oils</li><li>towel and fan work</li><li>ice balls</li><li>breathwork</li><li>heat and steam</li></ul>Combined with lighting and music, it creates a powerful sensory journey that helps you release tension, reconnect with your body and fully arrive in the present moment.Each session lasts approximately 30 minutes and includes: • Short introduction • Around 20 minutes inside the heated tent • Sea dip to cool down • Tent turnaround for the next group<h3> </h3>In the meantime!9:00 AM Silent Yoga UK Beach FlowOur long awaited 45-minute Flow – a dynamic vinyasa-based practice set to uplifting music that energises the entire body.Through the headphones you will hear the teacher’s clear voice and a perfectly curated playlist, allowing you to focus deeply on your practice while still enjoying the fresh air and atmosphere of the beach.The class is suitable for all levels, whether you are experienced or new to yoga. Expect a session that opens the body, builds warmth and leaves you feeling uplifted, light and ready for the season ahead.
