What do I need to bring?

Just bring a pillow or two for your head and underneath your knees and a blanket. Mats and eye masks will be available. It you find lying on the floor difficult or you would prefer to you can sit on a chair instead.

What will happen at the sound bath?

Accepted Answer

No prior experience is necessary to attend a sound bath just come along, lie or sit comfortably and let yourself drift away as the harmonic melodies created by the instruments wash over you. No water is involved as the name may suggest.

Question 3

How will a sound bath make me feel?

Accepted Answer

During or after a sound bath many people claim to experience complete calmness, elimination of mind chatter, floating sensations, no concept of time or space, pure relaxation and sometimes emotional release. Some people even fall asleep during the session.

Question 4

What if I snore?

Accepted Answer

Snorers may want to bring nose strips or lie on their side, or if more comfortable you can chose to be seated as not to disturb other attendees.

Question 5

What is the age limit?

13 years & onwards.  Children age 13-18 may attend providing they are able to remain still and quiet for the session and must be chaperoned by a guardian whom will take full responsibility for them.

Can anyone have a soundbath?

Please read the main description above for full details as sound baths are not suitable for everyone.

Can I vape or smoke?

Accepted Answer

It is strictly no smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises, this includes the car parks.
