Doors Open Days 2026: Jackton Distillery Malting Tours

Here at Jackton we’re one of a vanishingly small number of Scotch whisky distilleries to have a drum maltings, and normally this area of our production is strictly off-limits to the public.

However, during Doors Open Days, we’ll be opening the door to our malting plant and welcoming a very limited number of guests into the inner workings of the distillery.

You’ll have the chance to meet our dedicated distillers, learn all about our grain-to-glass whisky-making philosophy, and hear the tale of our transformation from a family farm into a stunning Scotch whisky distillery!

This is an extremely rare chance to glimpse a usually unseen part of the whisky-making process. Don’t miss out!

New for 2026 is an exhibition on our distillery story, as seen by one of our founders, told in our Bond No. 1. There is no need to book for the exhibition and walk-ins are welcome.

Please note the tour and the exhibition do not include alcohol and are suitable for all ages.
