How to Get into Publishing: Ask Me Anything

Are you trying to break into the publishing industry? Need someone to offer advice or answer a question?

I'm running quarterly "Ask Me Anything" sessions online via Google Meet. You can share your questions over Google Chat, send them in advance, or ask them directly during the session.

Each AMA session lasts one hour and starts with a short 10-15 mins presentation or discussion topic, answering any pre-requested questions and/or sharing the latest updates from the world of UK publishing.

Cameras and microphones are optional throughout.

These sessions are NOT recorded, and tickets are only refundable before the event.

Who am I?

I'm Eleanor Pilcher, an award-winning book marketer, published novelist and content creator with over a decade of experience in publishing. I've worked in Adult Fiction and Non-Fiction publishing at Hachette, HarperCollins, Penguin, Bonnier and many other publishers as a freelancer. I previously worked in publishing recruitment and currently run the Market Your Marketing Substack and event series.
