Wellness By The Sea Special - Yoga Party & Silent Disco

Let's celebrate summer together with movement, music and plenty of good vibes by the sea.

Join us for an evening that brings together yoga, connection, laughter and dancing as part of the Wellness By The Sea community. Think uplifting music through headphones, playful partner yoga, refreshing iced coffee, a beautiful beach setting and a silent disco as the sun begins to set.

Come on your own, with a friend or your whole crew — you'll be paired up throughout the evening, so no partner is needed (partner yoga part is entirely optional!). Expect a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere where it's easy to meet new people, let your hair down and simply enjoy being together.

5:00 PM - WELCOME & YOGA PARTY

We'll kick things off with a fun, music-filled yoga flow through our signature silent disco headphones. This isn't about perfect poses or taking yourself too seriously. Expect uplifting music, feel-good movement and plenty of smiles as we celebrate summer together.

Throughout the session we'll mix in playful partner yoga poses designed to build trust, connection and a few laughs. Whether you're practising with your friend or someone you've only just met, it's all about sharing the experience and stepping outside your comfort zone in the best possible way.

AFTER YOGA...

We'll finish the evening dancing barefoot on the sand with the music in our ears and the sea beside us !
