Do i need any spiritual or wellbeing experience to come?

Accepted Answer

This workshop will be insightful and powerful for all who attend, whether you are new to wellbeing or deeply experienced. This practices are universal and natural.

Question 2

What do i need to bring?

Accepted Answer

Bottle of Water, Comfortable Clothes.  Anything that allows you to feel as comfortable as possible. Bring a Journal if you like to Write. (There will be yoga mats & bolsters provided). Maybe bring a cushion for extra comfort.

Question 3

Is there car parking?

Accepted Answer

On weekends you can park anywhere in the carpark for free. if the carpark gets full you can park on the roads or nearby streets.
