My Wedding Vibe Showcase (Timed Entry), 31 January 2027, RNLI College

Not the usual wedding fair.

Planning a wedding is lovely in theory. In practice it can mean hidden prices, pushy stands, and that quiet feeling you're being judged for your budget. The My Wedding Vibe Showcase is built as the opposite of that.

What couples get:

• A balanced mix of Dorset suppliers, each one checked by a real person

• Suppliers who are open and candid about pricing, so you can plan without the awkward ask

• No hard selling. Browse, chat, take your time

• Every wedding welcome. Small, big, quiet, loud, 20 guests or 200

This event uses timed entry. Choose the hour that suits you: 11:00, 12:00, 13:00 or 14:00. Each slot runs for an hour, and you're welcome to stay on and browse afterwards.

14:00 is our Quiet Hour, designed for neurodivergent, disabled and anxious guests: lower music, no tannoy announcements, and a calmer, less crowded room. Everyone is welcome at Quiet Hour, not just those who need it.

Tickets are £5 per wedding party, covering up to 4 adults, plus the Eventbrite booking fee. Under-16s are free. Your ticket includes the printed Showcase guide: every supplier in the room, with starting prices where suppliers share them, so you leave with a shortlist, not a bag of confusion.

Date: Sunday 31 January 2027

Time: entry slots at 11:00, 12:00, 13:00 and 14:00 (14:00 is Quiet Hour)

Venue: RNLI College, West Quay Road, Poole BH15 1HZ, Dorset

Parking: on-site parking for visitors, including 2 disabled bays, subject to availability, as the College is a working training base. Pay and display car parks are within walking distance.

Access: a step-free route from the car park to the Waterfront Suite, which is on the ground floor. Accessible toilets on site, and two lifts at reception.

Entry: £5 per wedding party, covering up to 4 adults, plus the Eventbrite booking fee. Under-16s are free.

Refund policy: Full refund up to 48 hours before the event. After that, the ticket fee is non-refundable but transferable to another person.
