<h2>Yoga for Adults</h2> Join Anneliese for some gentle, flowing style of yoga in the great outdoors. This style links movement with breath in a slow and mindful sequence of poses. It focuses on improving flexibility, balance, and strength while promoting relaxation and reducing stress. Moving mindfully through each pose allows students to explore how the posture feels in their own unique body. Rather than focusing on achieving a perfect shape, the flowing transitions encourage awareness of sensation, breath, and alignment. This session is suitable for all abilities, attendees must be 18+ years old. Sessions are free but places are limited and must be booked in advance. This session will take place outside in the Community Garden, so please dress appropriately for the weather. If you have your own yoga mat, please bring it along.
