Imperial College London 2026 Frontiers in Natural Sciences – Dean’s Lecture
AI and the Long Conversation of Mathematics, delivered by distinguished mathematician Professor Geordie Williamson.
Established in 2022, the Dean’s Lecture series showcases the breadth and depth of research at the cutting edge of the natural sciences. It evolved from the long-running Schrödinger Lecture, an immensely successful series that spanned nearly 30 years, and continues its legacy by celebrating outstanding work across all our disciplines. The event aims to inspire both the Imperial community and the broader public with the wonders of science. We are particularly pleased that this year’s lecture will be delivered by Professor Geordie Williamson, a distinguished mathematician whose work has had a profound impact on the field.
