Rebalance yourself with soundListen to the calming sounds of a variety of gongs, singing bowls and gentle percussion in a therapeutic sonic experience for relaxation and well-being. Sound and well-beingIts important to make time for ourselves, and to look after our wellbeing. These sessions use a range of large gongs, played in a gentle and sensitive manner to help achieve a deep sense of relaxation and meditation which can help to restore the mind and body back to equilibrium. What to expectYou will rest comfortably on the floor and listen to the sounds. You are not expected to do anything physically active. The session is aimed at relaxation and rest. Participants normally stay awake but reach a deep dreamlike state which can be extremely therapeutic for both the mind and body.No previous experience is needed, and all will be explained before the session.
