A former Chief Digital and Information Officer for Health Education England, James brings a rich background spanning Cancer Research, Change Management, and Standards Development. Voted one of the top 100 global influencers in Health IT (#HIT100), James is a Fellow of the British Computer Society, a FedIP Accredited Leading Practitioner, a CHIME Chartered Health CIO, and the leader of the national FutureDotNow Essential Digital Skills Health & Social Care Sprints - a initiative Kingston Council is actively championing and contributing to regionally.
