Autumn Equinox Cacao & Breathwork | London Bridge

Autumn Equinox Cacao & Breathwork | London Bridge

Overview

Join us at WellNest in London Bridge, Central London, for an Autumn Equinox afternoon of ceremonial cacao & Conscious Connected Breathwork

Join us in Central London for an afternoon of ceremonial Cacao and Conscious Connected Breathwork as we gather to mark the turning of the season for this years Autumn Equinox.

The Autumn Equinox is a natural point of balance. Using time to gather and connect over Cacao, giving ourselves permission to slow down, pause and reflect, and then being guided through Conscious Connected Breathwork to release and let go all that no longer serves you, using your breath to move beyond the thinking mind, connect deeply with the body and create space for whatever is ready to shift.

A chance to step away from the noise.

A quick guide to the practice

Conscious Connected Breathwork is a restorative, resolution-based somatic practice. Unlike power breathing methods such as Wim Hof, which intentionally stress your system to build resilience, CCB works to lower your nervous system's baseline tension, clearing the physical backlog of accumulated pressure from the inside out.

A specific continuous breathing rhythm temporarily quietens the over-analytical part of your brain. This is a recognised neurological shift, not a mystical claim. By giving your inner critic a break, your mental guard drops. Long-held emotional tension and stress can safely surface from the body, returning you to a calmer, clearer baseline.

This is not relaxation. It is resolution.

Who this is for

You do not need any prior experience of breathwork. This session is suitable for anyone who:

  • Has done the therapy, the yoga, the meditation, and still can't shift the physical sensation of stress
  • Struggles to switch off, loops through busy thoughts, or wakes at 3am with their heart racing
  • Is running close to empty and wants to genuinely clear the load, not just manage it for another week

With a 1:4 ratio, our events always have just four participants per facilitator, creating a carefully held experience - allowing plenty of individual guidance, attentive support and space to honour your body and move at your own pace.

Practical details

Food: Avoid a heavy meal for at least two hours beforehand.

Clothing: Wear loose, comfortable clothing with nothing tight around your waist. A restrictive waistband limits how fully you can open the breath.

What to bring: A water bottle. Breathwork can be dehydrating. A journal is useful for capturing anything that surfaces. All mats, blankets, and bolsters are provided.

Clinical safety

Because CCB creates real physiological change, it is not suitable for everyone. Please do not book if you have any of the following:

  • Severe asthma or chronic respiratory conditions
  • Heart disease or significant cardiovascular issues
  • Epilepsy or a history of seizures
  • Serious psychiatric conditions including psychosis or bipolar disorder
  • Pregnancy
  • Recent acute injuries or surgeries

If you are uncertain whether this is right for you, contact me before booking.

Cancellation policy

Full refund if cancelled 7 or more days before the event.

About the facilitators

Kelly is the founder of Fire & Soul, a Positive Psychology Coach, trauma-informed Breathwork Facilitator and Sound Practitioner.

She helps people understand their mind, body and nervous system so they can move from feeling anxious, overwhelmed or disconnected to living with greater clarity, alignment and freedom.

Her work combines positive psychology, nervous system understanding, breathwork, sound healing and practical coaching tools to create meaningful, sustainable change.

But Fire & Soul wasn't born from qualifications alone.

It was born from her own journey through burnout, grief, servere health anxiety, career pressure as a Director and rebuilding a life that felt aligned with who she truly is.

David spent over 30 years as a programmer and manager in the City. Twenty years of daily Tai Chi and Qi Gong taught that the body holds what the mind can’t process. David knows what it is to live in shades of grey: functional, high-performing, and quietly running on empty. Conscious Connected Breathwork was what brought colour back. He now facilitates 1-to-1 and small group sessions from his private studio in East Barnet, and is a member of the UK Breathwork Association. He helps others make that same shift.
