Autumn Equinox Cacao & Breathwork | London Bridge

Softest Breath

A beautifully held afternoon of cacao, seasonal ritual and trauma-informed Conscious Connected Breathwork at WellNest, London Bridge.

WellNest

Before autumn asks you to move forward, take a moment to pause.
Join us at the beautiful WellNest in London Bridge for an intimate afternoon of Ceremonial Cacao, seasonal reflection and trauma-informed Conscious Connected Breathwork.Summer naturally pulls us outwards. Longer days, fuller calendars, more places to be and more of life happening around us.Then autumn arrives. The evenings begin to draw in, familiar routines return and we can find ourselves resisting the shift, trying to carry summer’s energy into a season that is quietly inviting us to slow down. This experience is an intentional marker between the two.A moment to honour what summer has held, consider what you may be ready to leave behind and create space for the season ahead. Not a rush into autumn. A pause between the seasons. A beautiful intention to welcome the new season.
What awaits you
You will be welcomed into the warm, calming surroundings of WellNest, where your afternoon will include:• Ceremonial Cacao and time to arrive • A gentle Autumn Equinox ritual • Intention setting for the season ahead • A guided Conscious Connected Breathwork journey • Time for rest and integration • A small gift waiting for you on your matThere is nowhere else you need to be and nothing you need to achieve. You do not need to arrive feeling calm, clear or ready. You can come exactly as you are.
Why the Autumn Equinox?
The Autumn Equinox marks the point at which day and night come into balance before we move towards the shorter days of the year. For us, it offers a meaningful opportunity to stop before automatically moving into the next season. To recognise what has been.To listen to what we need now.And perhaps to find some joy in turning inwards, creating warmth, seeking refuge and nurturing ourselves through the darker months ahead.
What is Conscious Connected Breathwork?
Conscious Connected Breathwork uses a continuous, connected breathing rhythm, guided by a trained facilitator. As attention moves towards the breath and body, some people notice physical sensations, emotions, memories or new perspectives arising. Others experience stillness, clarity, release or simply a deeper connection with themselves. There is no response you need to produce and intensity is never the aim.Our trauma-informed approach centres choice, consent and pacing. You will be encouraged to listen to your body throughout, and you can pause, change your breathing rhythm or rest whenever you need to.This is different from performance-led or resilience-based breathing practices. It is an inward, supported experience with time for preparation and integration.
This afternoon may be for you if:
• Your mind rarely feels quiet and you find it difficult to switch off • You have been carrying stress, pressure or emotion without enough space to process it • You spend much of your life looking after other people • Summer has left you feeling fuller, rather than rested • You are curious about breathwork but want to experience it in a carefully supported environment • You feel ready to pause, reconnect and enter the new season with greater intentionNo previous breathwork experience is required.
Carefully and personally held
This is a small-group experience with a 1:4 facilitator-to-participant ratio. That means attentive support, clear guidance and space to honour your individual experience rather than feeling lost within a large room.Kelly Harman of Fire & Soul and David of Softest Breath will hold the afternoon together, supported by an experienced facilitation team.Kelly brings trauma-informed breathwork, sound practice, positive psychology coaching, safeguarding experience and her own lived understanding of anxiety and burnout.David’s approach is grounded in sensitive, carefully paced breathwork that helps people feel supported throughout their experience.Together, we have created the kind of afternoon we would want to attend ourselves: warm, unhurried, personal and deeply considered.
Event details

Sunday 20th September

1-4pm

WellNest, London Bridge

£75 per person

Places are intentionally limited.A health and consent form will be provided before the event so that we can understand how best to support you.
