Zoology Museum Tour 12:00-12:45
Student guides are ready to give you, your family, and your friends FREE tours of the amazing life of this planet.
The University of Aberdeen’s Zoology Museum displays are worldwide in scope - from sea sponges to the great whales, from mice and voles to an Indian elephant and giant Japanese spider crab. On your tour you will see examples of taxidermy, skeletons, fluid-preserved specimens and models.
Tour Information
Please go to the Zoology Building foyer five minutes before the tour is due to start.
A member of the tour team will be waiting to welcome you.
If tours are full, you can still enjoy a self-guided visit to the Zoology Museum.
The Zoology Museum is open 10.00 – 16.00 Monday-Friday. Entry is free to all.

About the Student Guides
The Zoology Museum tours are devised and led by the students, with support from the University Collections team. Your guide may be a student who has already given many tours, or they may be giving their first tour. You are welcome to ask questions, if there are questions the student guides are unable to answer, you can contact us at uoacollections@abdn.ac.uk.
