Free Family Céilí at IMMA Courtyard

Join us Sunday afternoon August 9th for a free outdoor Family Céilí in IMMA Courtyard with brilliant live trad music and Céilí Caller Louise O Connor who will put you through your paces. We will have set dancing, simple two hand dances, waltzes and circle dances which will be suitable for all ages and dancing abilities. We will also have some sean nós dance performances on the day.

Louise O Connor is a fiddle player and sean nós dancer from Clare and teaches set dancing at The Cobblestone Pub and regularly runs live band Céilí nights at the Teachers Club. She has performed and taught at festivals around Ireland and internationally, including the London Irish Centre St Patricks Festival and Tonn Nua festival in Berlin.
