See everyday places in a new light, stuffed with a whirlwind of absurd characters, emotional confrontations and quick-witted comedy from start to finish.

They'll be joined by two international guests from New Zealand who they met earlier this year when they performed at the Vancouver International Improv festival:

Bridie Connell has been obsessed with improv ever since she began taking lessons as a ten year old. Though she’s not as cute as she was then, her skills have improved considerably and she is now an in-demand performer with credits including the Australian version of Whose Line Is It Anyway?, The Moth Effect (Amazon), and many improv festivals across the globe including The Heat in Vancouver with her troupe Second Breakfast.

Jonny Paul is an award-winning improviser from Aotearoa, now based in Edinburgh, with fifteen years of experience performing across longform and short-form theatresports at festivals including Edinburgh Fringe, Das Improv Fest Berlin, and The Heat in Vancouver. Jonny performs regularly with Second Breakfast, Chekhov’s Fun, Page of Cups, Off The Record, and TBC.

Show Up the improvised comedy will make up a brand new, toe-tapping, hilarious improvised musical based on your suggestions! With amazing improvised piano styling from musical director of Showstopper, Duncan Walsh Atkins.
