This Autumn Equinox 2026, we gather in the heart of London to step across a threshold together. Equinox is the moment of balance, light and dark held in equal measure.

• 1) SHAMANIC TRANCE DANCE - Our journey begins in the dark.

The blindfold comes on. The outer world dissolves. With cacao warming the heart and ancient shamanic drums calling to us… into the dance… we turn inward to dance our prayer. Shamanic Trance Dance is an ancient technology of consciousness, rhythm guiding you beneath the thinking mind into embodied knowing.

Then we move into fire. 🔥

• 2) The RAGE RITUAL™ is not about chaos or freaking out! It’s about reclaiming life-force! Anger, when expressed consciously, is clean energy. It sets boundaries. It restores dignity. It protects what matters.

Through our unique guided process, breath and embodied activation, you’ll be invited to unlock your roar in a space that is structured, grounded and safe enough.

And as the sun sets, we gather again. 🌅

• 3) PRANA MYSTIC rises... global basslines, ethno-fusion textures and shamanic soundscapes carry us into ecstatic dance. Cacao flows. Intentions are seeded. Bodies sweat. The dancefloor becomes temple and playground at once. 🌀💫

No talking. No alcohol. Just presence, music, and raw human electricity. Dance. Move. Connect. Release. Meditate. Celebrate.

TRYBE is a modern-day sanctuary for Londoners who crave something deeper than the usual night out.

Each gathering is like a mini urban retreat, a space to drop armour, meet your edges, rediscover embodied joy and stretch beyond your usual way of being.

Come for the full arc of the journey or drop into individual sessions. All are welcome. No experience necessary.

◈ 9:45pm–10:15pm Optional fruit social to nourish after the dance 🍊🍇

Bring a yoga mat & blanket for the daytime journeys. Blindfolds provided.

Complimentary raw vegan cacao in the evening.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

1. Please come already dressed in comfortable clothing suitable for movement/fitness and dress in layers. Bring a set of dry clothes/small towel as you will probably get sweaty during the session. Toilets are available at the venue but there are no separate changing rooms.

2. We dance barefoot, in soft indoor shoes or grip socks.

3. a Reusable water bottle. Tap water & lemon water refill available at the venue.

4. Yoga mat and blanket (essential for Trance Dance & Rage Ritual). Blindfolds will be provided.

5. Packed Food/ Snacks to have during the breaks, complimentary tea/coffee will be available. There are plenty of shops and cafes nearby.

VENUE:

8-10 minutes walk from Gospel Oak Station / 15 Minutes walk from Tufnell Park station (Exact venue details will be in your order confirmation email! Please scroll down in the email to see all details!)

-Nearest station is Gospel Oak. 8-10 min walk from the station. Please check tfl.gov for latest travel updates.

-If you are driving, please be aware that the venue is in an Ultra Low Emission Zone and you may be liable to pay the daily fee.

-Find parking on parkopedia and use venues postcode. There is no parking at the venue.

-There are bicycle racks at the venue to lock your bike if you are cycling.

-Venue is accessible to wheelchair users.

-Toilets are available at the venue.

CHILDREN: unfortunately these sessions are not suitable for children.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We do not offer refunds/ticket swaps for another event if you cannot attend. You are welcome to pass on your ticket to a friend, colleague or family member. If we need to cancel the class due to unforeseen circumstances, we will issue a full refund.

Course Purpose
