Skills of Leadership (Module 8)

Course covering the knowledge, skills and attitudes required to be an effective leader

This module provides the knowledge, skills and attitudes required to be an effective leader, including leadership styles, action-centred leadership and systematic planning.

Skills of Leadership is for anyone working towards their Section Wood Badge or anyone who would like to broaden their skills.

You’ll learn about:

· models, tools and techniques for effective leadership, and leadership styles.
