Deaf Parents & Carers Focus Group – Supporting Deaf Children Aged 0–5

Deaf Parents & Carers Focus Group – Supporting Deaf Children Aged 0–5

Overview

Deaf parents and carers: share your experiences and help improve support for deaf children aged 0–5 and their families.

Leeds Involving People is inviting Deaf parents and carers of deaf children aged 0–5 to take part in a friendly focus group.

We want to hear about your experiences of support for your child during their early years. We would like to understand what works well, what could be improved and whether there are any gaps in support.

Your experiences and ideas will help us better understand what deaf children and their families need and help improve future support.

BSL interpreters will be available.

Refreshments will be provided and travel support is available if needed.

This project is delivered by Leeds Involving People (LIP) and funded by the National Deaf Children’s Society.
